Ingredients:

125 g butter, 75 g sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, a small pinch of salt, 3 eggs - separated, 250 g light flour, a little baking powder, 250 ml milk and 125 ml mineral water.

Preparation:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites in a large mixing bowl. Mix the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add to the creamed butter and sugar mixture, adding the mineral water and milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Use the provided measuring tool to pour the mixture into the waffle iron, set to the desired brownness and enjoy!
