1. Withdrawal Instructions

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the corresponding national implementing legislation, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. As this purchase was made via refurbed, this period is extended to 30 days, beginning on the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e‑mail) to:

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.refurbed.com, where you will find the link to the withdrawal form in the footer. If you use this online option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay by e-mail, containing information on the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to the following address: Rommelsbacher ElektroHausgeräte GmbH, Rudolf-Schmidt-Str. 18, 91550 Dinkelsbühl, Germany. As a general rule, you will bear no direct costs of returning the goods. If the product is a bulky item exceeding the usual shipping dimensions, we may charge you a proportionate share of the return costs; you will be informed of the amount of such costs in advance. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
